Hi Charne, My car returned yesterday and really delighted to get it back. Looks great despite mostly pirate parts and no-one would know teh differance. It seems to be going more smoothly too. I am really pleased that Insurance did not insist on it being a write off, as I love the little mercedes. I am sure that it is standard practice for Insurance to pay the panel beaters directly and hopefully the panel beaters will refund me, the monies over and above my excess, that I paid -in desperation to get the job done as a big delay in getting the parts. Anyway, I am absolutely delighted to have my car back. 2nd August 2010 (the day my mother had a severe stroke) – 1st August 2011 has not been a good year, but things are already looking brighter and more positive for the future.
